I can help if you are feeling “not like yourself.” There are times in your life when you may feel more stressed, irritated, angry, or isolated than usual, or you are in emotional pain that is more difficult than day-to-day ups and downs.

My therapy process is unique and customized for everyone. I like our first meeting to include understanding some of the challenges you’ve been dealing with recently.  Then, we’ll work together to identify underlying feelings or experiences that may interrupt your progress. Working through these issues will help you feel better.  When you begin to feel better, you can work to establish or strengthen relationships.
